    Ocorre que, valendo-se do bom nome que a empresa sedimentou no mercado, algumas pessoas passaram a utilizar o prestígio que ela possui para assediar empresas e pessoas físicas lhes prometendo ganhos e créditos inexistentes junto ao Banco Citi Bank no Brasil.

     

    Ao tomar ciência de tais fatos, a GRAFF - Gestão de Patrimônio Financeiro Ltda. comunicou as autoridades competentes atinentes ao tema, bem como o Banco Citi Bank no Brasil para que apurem o ocorrido.

     

    Nessa esteira, a GRAFF - Gestão de Patrimônio Financeiro Ltda. informa seus clientes, parceiros e todo o mercado que não possui nenhum relacionamento com o Banco Citi Bank no Brasil, e que ninguém, além dos seus representantes estabelecidos no seu estatuto social, podem falar ou tratar em nome da empresa.

    GRAFF - Gestão de Patrimônio Financeiro Ltda., hereby clarifies and inform to his clients and business partners the following:

     

    That, GRAFF - Gestão de Patrimônio Financeiro Ltda., operates in the International Financial Market for more than 10 years, developing with most honesty and strong values, several business activities within the financial and monetary field of operations.

     

    It is of our knowledge that, using the good name our Company has achieved in the International market, certain persons used our said good name and status to harass other persons and companies, with promises of obtaining extraordinary profits and credits, which do not exist at all, next and through Citi Bank in Brazil.

     

    Immediately after we become aware of said acts, GRAFF - Gestão de Patrimônio Financeiro Ltda., has officially informed the proper Brazilian Authorities about the situation, and also Citi Bank Brazil, in a way they could be aware of said illegal acts, and proceed with the respective investigations on the matter.

     

    Further, GRAFF - Gestão de Patrimônio Financeiro Ltda., hereby informs and states to all of his Clients, Business Partners, Friends, and the market in general, that do not have at this date any kind of business relation with Citi Bank Brazil, inclusive but not limited to bank accounts, and/or going on business, and that nobody, besides the Company Associated Partners, Representative Agents and Mandates, established and confirmed under GRAFF Social Status / By Laws of the Company, has any authority whatsoever to discuss, enter into, developed and/or proceed with any business and/or contracts on behalf of the Company.

     

    Finally, we hereby state and confirms that, GRAFF - Gestão de Patrimônio Financeiro Ltda., continues and will keep going operating in the International and local Brazilian Market, under the transparency, solidity and good values, as has been our tradition for so many years.
