Real Estate

Our 5 active Real Estate funds seek Real Estate investment opportunities in Asia, Europe and the United States, and normally acquire unique property assets that can be repositioned and optimized to generate value. The Real Estate professionals made over 30 investments in 17 statistical cities/metropolitan areas around the world, including office buildings, residential and retail properties, industrial properties and facilities for the elderly. Our Real Estate funds have over US$ 9 billion in assets under management (as of April 30, 2019).

Energy and Natural Resources

Our energy and natural resource activities concentrate on acquisitions, growing capital investments and strategic joint ventures in midstream, upstream, energy and oil field and renewable energy sectors, globally. Our energy and natural resource funds have US$ 5 billion in assets under management at GRAFF Family Office and through our strategic NGP partner and our legacy relationship with Riverstone Holdings (on April 30, 2019).
